YTU HAYHAK launched a meaningful adoption mobilisation for their companions sharing campus life. The club mobilised to prevent campus animals, most of whom are spayed/neutered, middle-aged, and accustomed to living in harmony with humans, from being taken to municipal shelters. Calling upon all animal lovers willing to open a space for these friends in their home or workplace, the club aimed for them to spend the remainder of their lives in a warm home without being deprived of their freedom.

The Yildiz Technical University Trekking and Camping Club (YTÜGEKA) and the BİYOGEN Club jointly organised a camp event in Kazdağları on 17–18–19 May 2025. This organization, held at Oleo Camping and run under the theme 'Biodiversity & Endemic Species Observation Camp', featured a three-day programme with students from Istanbul that, alongside nature observations, also included a programme focused on social interaction and recreation.

Kazdağları 101 Camping

YTÜGEKA successfully completed the 'Kazdağları 101' camp event held in the unique nature of Kazdağları. In this organization, focused on the observation of biodiversity and endemic species, participants had the opportunity to discover trekking routes and spend time in close contact with nature. The programme, full of events around the campfire, group games, and sincere conversations lasting until morning, ended with unforgettable memories for students.
