The Aerospace Seminar (HUZ) brought together leading experts from Türkiye’s aerospace and defence industries to share advancements in aerospace materials, design, and flight technologies. The two-day seminar provided a platform for students to explore cutting-edge research and innovation in the aviation and space sectors, featuring technical presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities with industry professionals from TÜBİTAK, Turkish Aerospace, DowAksa, and DELTAV.
The event enhanced participants’ understanding of the technological ecosystem behind national aerospace and defence projects, fostering interest in high-tech R&D careers. Attendees gained insight into aerodynamics, composite materials, control systems, and UAV technologies, all within the framework of sustainable innovation and advanced engineering practices.
By enabling direct engagement between students and industry experts, the seminar supported experiential learning and promoted collaboration between academia and industry — reinforcing Yıldız Technical University’s mission to cultivate future-ready engineers in national priority areas.
