Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kadir Erkan, faculty member at the Department of Control and Automation Engineering, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Yıldız Technical University, has received support under the TÜBİTAK 1001 – Scientific and Technological Research Projects Support Program for his project titled “Design and Control of a Multi-Degree-of-Freedom Electrodynamic Levitation-Based Microgravity Platform for Ground-Based Emulations.”
The project aims to design and control an innovative electrodynamic levitation platform that enables multi-degree-of-freedom motion for ground-based microgravity simulations. This research contributes to the advancement of automation, control systems, and aerospace simulation technologies, providing a foundation for precision experimentation and engineering innovation.
