Awards at the 20th Asian Chemical Congress

Yıldız Technical University reinforced its strong presence in the global scientific community by receiving three major awards at the 20th Asian Chemical Congress, which brought together more than 650 scientists from 48 countries. Led by Prof. Dr. Sezgin Bakırdere from the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, the university’s research team was recognized for its outstanding contributions to Analytical Chemistry, receiving the following prestigious awards: Best Poster Award Best Oral Presentation Award Gold Medal in Science Projects The research team further contributed to the scientific program through eight oral presentations and represented the university as invited speakers during the congress. These achievements strengthened the international visibility of both the university and Türkiye within the global scientific arena.
