Bottle Cap Collection Project Promotes Recycling and Social Responsibility at YTU
Organized by the Yıldız Technical University Business Club, the Bottle Cap Collection Project aimed to promote environmental awareness and social responsibility on campus. Throughout the 2024 academic year, students collected thousands of plastic bottle caps, which were donated to the Turkish Spinal Cord Injury Association (TOFD) to support the purchase of wheelchairs for individuals with mobility impairments. This initiative highlights the importance of waste recycling, disability inclusion, and civic engagement among university students.
