As part of the CoCirculation3 Project, implemented through collaboration between the European Commission’s Horizon Europe MSCA COFUND Programme and TÜBİTAK, an information webinar was organized on 6 October 2025. During the webinar, YTU Yıldız Technopark International Projects Specialist Büşra Hilal Yüksel presented strategic opportunities aimed at strengthening Türkiye’s research ecosystem through international talent attraction. The session examined mechanisms for bringing international postdoctoral researchers to Türkiye and analyzed key topics such as research support of up to 24 months and opportunities for spending up to 12 months of this period within industry environments, thereby strengthening academia–industry integration.
