e-Campus Protocol and “Suspended Meal” Initiative

YTU launched the “e-Campus” protocol in collaboration with Yapı Kredi Bank and Etisan Holding, in line with its student-oriented service approach and digital transformation vision. Within the scope of the protocol signed with the participation of Rector Prof. Dr. Eyüp Debik, a fast and secure payment infrastructure based on QR code and mobile application has been activated at all expenditure points from canteens to social facilities. With the new system, students are offered every 5th meal free of charge; additionally, more than 10,000 suspended meal supports are provided annually, exceeding 50,000 in total. Furthermore, dozens of electric bicycles have been made available for use in intra-campus transportation.
