Ebru (Traditional Turkish Marbling) Workshop Event with YEÇED – Yeryüzü Çocukları Derneği
On April 4, 2024, YTU student organized an Ebru (traditional Turkish marbling) workshop for children as part of a collaborative event with YEÇED – Yeryüzü Çocukları Derneği. The activity aimed to offer young participants a joyful, hands-on experience with traditional art while fostering creativity, focus, and emotional engagement.
Through the one-on-one guidance of volunteers, children had the opportunity to explore the beauty of colors and movement in water-based art. The session not only introduced cultural heritage to a younger generation but also encouraged inclusion, positive social interaction, and a sense of achievement in children from diverse backgrounds.
