EIT Higher Education Initiative 2024 Success

The TECHSIGHT – Deep-Tech Ready Higher Education Institutions of the Future project, coordinated by Yıldız Technical University, was selected for funding under the European Union-supported EIT Higher Education Initiative 2024 call. Coordinated by Associate Professor Hüseyin Üvet, with Dr. Onurcan Şahin and Dr. Ertuğrul Bayraktar serving as researchers, the project will run between April 2025 and December 2027. Bringing together seven core partners and more than twenty associated partners from Türkiye, Denmark, Germany, Portugal, Serbia, Latvia and North Macedonia, TECHSIGHT aims to strengthen the sustainability, inclusiveness and competitiveness of higher education institutions within the deep-tech ecosystem. The project promotes long-term cooperation between universities, industry and entrepreneurship stakeholders while accelerating skills transformation across Europe.
