The “TECHSIGHT – Future-Ready Deep Tech Higher Education Institutions” project, developed by faculty members of the Department of Mechatronics Engineering at Yıldız Technical University, has been selected for funding under the EIT Higher Education Initiative 2024 Call. Coordinated by Yıldız Technical University and running until December 2026, the project brings together partners from seven different countries to foster a sustainable, innovative, and inclusive deep technology ecosystem across Europe. The initiative aims to strengthen the role of higher education institutions in the deep technology landscape by enhancing entrepreneurship, innovation capacity, technology transfer, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Through international cooperation and knowledge sharing, TECHSIGHT seeks to equip future innovators with the skills and competencies required to address complex societal and technological challenges.
