YTU Folk Dances Community achieved great success at the Inter-University Stylised Branch Folk Dances Championship organised by the Turkey University Sports Federation. The community became Turkey Champion with its Burdur region performance and achieved Turkey Runner-Up with the Kırklareli region team, double pride. Rector Prof. Dr. Eyüp Debik hosted the champion team and advisor instructor Şener Günay at his office, congratulating them. These achievements, reflecting the university's leading power in artistic and cultural fields, validated the cultural heritage preservation mission.
