The YTU Faculty of Mechanical Engineering hosted Ford Otosan's Official Affairs Coordination and Talent Development and Acquisition leaders. In this comprehensive meeting with faculty management, projects to support students' professional development and strengthen their ties with the sector were addressed. The central focus was the Akademi Programme, a 6–8 week initiative in which Ford Otosan leaders will share their knowledge and experience with students, with certification at the end. Planning was also conducted for the Innovolt Event and the 'No Barrier in Your Career' organisation to be held at the Sancaktepe Campus on 3 December, along with productive discussions on short and long-term internship opportunities and KOOP processes.
