YTU Student Dean’s Office organized a seminar titled “Healthy Nutrition Among Youth” led by Expert Dietitian Elif Bilgin Baş. The event aimed to promote healthy lifestyle awareness and encourage students to adopt balanced dietary habits during their academic life. Participants received guidance on maintaining nutritional well-being, preventing diet-related health issues, and understanding the impact of food choices on long-term health and sustainability. The session also contributed to broader awareness on responsible consumption and public health improvement within the university community.
