The research, titled “Full-Color Dynamic Volumetric Displays with Tunable Upconversion Emission from RE³⁺-Doped Glasses,” presents a revolutionary approach to laser-based three-dimensional volumetric display technologies. By utilizing rare-earth-ion-doped glasses and advanced laser modulation techniques, the researchers successfully developed durable, scalable, and full-color 3D display systems.
