YTU AESK proudly introduced ICARUS, the product of months of intensive R&D and engineering work. This special launch, postponed due to the earthquake disaster in Istanbul on 23 April, was held on 30 April 2025 at the Davutpaşa Campus Otağ-ı Hümayun with the intense participation of technology enthusiasts. ICARUS redefined engineering boundaries with its technical competencies: body weight reduced by 36%; friction coefficient lowered by 30% through aerodynamic performance; 10% increase in battery power density for longer range; and 20% faster data communication capability.
