The IEEE YTU CASMarine Team achieved outstanding success at the 2024 TAC Challenge, an international competition focused on underwater systems, held in Rogaland, Norway. Competing with their self-developed autonomous underwater vehicle, Asteria, the team proudly represented both Türkiye and Yıldız Technical University. In their debut year, they managed to secure an impressive 6th place globally, marking a significant milestone and demonstrating strong potential for future advancements in marine technology.
