The 'İŞKUR Youth Programme' was launched within the scope of the protocol signed on 7 February 2025 between the Ministry of Labour and Social Security and Yıldız Technical University. Through this partial employment model, encompassing undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, a total of 1,270 students at the university's Beşiktaş and Davutpaşa campuses are offered the opportunity to take on roles for 5 months (55 actual working days). In the programme, under which participants are covered by social security, a total payment of 59,565 TL is envisaged for each student achieving full participation. This collaboration provides financial support to students' academic processes while simultaneously enabling them to gain professional experience by taking on roles within university units and preparing for the business world.
