Jamination 8: Simultaneous Game Development Marathon in Three Cities (Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir)

Jamination 8, organised in collaboration with YTU DOGDOK, ITU OTG, METU GATES, and many leading game communities in Turkey, was held simultaneously in Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir on 17–19 October. In addition to physical centres, online participation was enabled via Discord, bringing game developers from different cities together around a common purpose. İstinye University in Istanbul, Technopark Ankara in Ankara, and Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir were designated as physical meeting points. Conducted with a spirit of collective production, the marathon provided participants with the opportunity to develop creative game projects within a limited time and network with teams from different dynamics of the sector.
