Just In Case: Recruitment Simulation and Ideathon Camp

The 'Just In Case' event, organised by the Yıldız Business Club, was held at Eresin Hotels Topkapı on 5–6–7 November. The organization, aiming to prepare university students for the professional processes of the business world, featured real-time recruitment simulations, case analysis sessions, and an ideas-driven Ideathon competition. The programme, where participants had the opportunity to test competencies such as strategic thinking, teamwork, and crisis management was enriched by sector representatives' evaluations and experience sharing.
