Organized through the collaboration of the YTU Materials Science Club (MBK) and VitrA Karo, the KARO360 Seminar Series provided students with a comprehensive platform for professional development and industry awareness in the ceramic sector throughout the month of May. Specifically designed for engineering students, the program aimed to combine academic knowledge with industry expertise, technical processes, and career development opportunities. The four-week program included expert-led sessions on the following topics: May 8: Finance for Engineers May 15: Human Resources May 22: Research and Development (R&D) May 29: Production Processes and Technical Visit to the VitrA Karo Bozüyük Production Facilities In addition to the theoretical sessions held at the Faculty of Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering, participants had the opportunity to observe industrial manufacturing processes firsthand during the technical visit conducted in the final week. The program provided students with valuable insights into the ceramic industry while enhancing both their technical and professional competencies.
