At YTU, the Chemical Technologies Club, in collaboration with Startern, organized a Career Planning Training session on 24 April 2024. The program featured İlker Canbulut, founder of the Leadership Development Program and a certified PCC trainer, who has been delivering leadership and personal development trainings to university students for over four years.
The session enabled students to reflect on their own career journeys, explore strategies for effective planning, and gain first-hand insights into professional goal setting.
