In April 2024, the KIMTEK at Yıldız Technical University published a special issue of its digital science magazine Oksijen, dedicated to the theme of sustainability. The e-magazine featured original articles, interviews, and analyses exploring ecological footprints, innovative green technologies, and responsible production practices.
The magazine encouraged students to actively participate in science communication while raising awareness of sustainability challenges at both local and global levels. In addition, it created a space for knowledge sharing and collaboration, strengthening the link between scientific research, societal awareness, and industrial practice.
