The Kutup Yıldızı (Polar Star) project team actively participated in the 7th National Polar Science Symposium and the 3rd Polar Festival, organized by the Polar Research Institute of the TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (TÜBİTAK MAM KARE) at Yıldız Technical University.
The symposium featured presentations of awarded research projects under the moderation of the project’s principal investigator, Asst. Prof. Dr. Feride Gök Çolak. The team contributed to the academic program by presenting the paper titled:
“Needs Analysis for the Development of the Polar Star Educational Program (1): The Case of Pre-service Teachers.”
In addition, the team held a productive meeting with Prof. Dr. Burcu Özsoy, Director of TÜBİTAK MAM KARE, and her team to share insights about the ongoing research activities and the project's goals. The event concluded with a commemorative photo with Prof. Özsoy and the project members.
