MobilityMINT – Inclusive Urban Transportation, Planning and Local Practices

The MobilityMINT training programme, supported by the European Commission, continued with its second session entitled “Inclusive Urban Transportation, Planning and Evaluation of Local Practices.” The session focused on sustainable urban policies and local governance practices through an inclusive perspective on urban transportation and planning. Held online on 15 May 2025, the training featured Associate Professor Erhan Kurtarır, known for his work on inclusive urban planning, and Ozan Külekçi, an expert in transportation planning and logistics at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. The session provided participants with local implementation examples and strategic planning solutions for the future of urban mobility while offering both academic and practical perspectives on sustainable mobility ecosystems.
