The MobilityMINT programme, supported by the European Commission, successfully completed the second module of its training series focusing on entrepreneurship and global market expansion strategies. During the online session held on 14 August 2025, Fatih Taşpınar, Growth Architect at Fark Labs, participated as an expert speaker. The session comprehensively addressed startup growth strategies, B2B sales models, and international expansion dynamics. By sharing methodological approaches related to project management and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) implementation, the training contributed significantly to enhancing the global competitiveness of startups operating within the mobility ecosystem.
