Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering Graduation Poster Competition

Innovative projects on the future of the maritime sector were awarded within the Graduation Study Presentation and Poster Competition organised by the Department of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Following evaluation by the academic jury, studies on alternative power marketing strategies in maritime, renewable energy and hydrogen production technologies using LOHC, hydrodynamic resistance analyses in narrow channels, and sail optimisation in sailing vessels were awarded. Winners: Betül Aydın (Alternative Power Marketing Strategy in Maritime); Burak Bozkurt (Hydrogen Production with Renewable Energy and LOHC Technology); Cantuğ Kelleli and Rıdvan Karataş (Numerical Analysis of Vessel Hydrodynamic Resistance Forces in a Narrowing Channel); Berke Karpuzlar (Sail Optimisation and Performance-Enhancing Changes in Sailing Vessels).
