YTU offers a structured Part-Time Student Employment Program that allows students to work within university departments for up to 15 hours per week at a rate of 100 TRY per hour. The initiative aims to provide financial support for students in need while enabling them to gain professional experience and contribute to campus operations. Priority is given to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, including those affected by natural disasters, students with disabilities, and children of martyrs or veterans. Through this program, YTU enhances students’ financial stability, promotes social inclusion, and ensures equitable access to higher education regardless of economic.
