Yıldız Technical University achieved a remarkable milestone in the QS Sustainability Rankings 2026, published by one of the world's most respected higher education ranking organizations. Rising 25 places compared to the previous year, YTU ranked 406th globally. The university recorded a historic achievement by ranking 1st in Türkiye in the “Environmental Impact” category, while advancing to 242nd place worldwide in this field. YTU also ranked 166th globally in “Environmental Education” and earned an impressive 88.7 score in “Knowledge Exchange.” Demonstrating its growing international competitiveness, the university was ranked 84th among 827 universities in Asia, further strengthening its position as a leading institution in sustainability and environmental responsibility.
