Organized in collaboration with YTU MAKTEK, the “REPKON Compass Engineering Training Program” was conducted to enhance the sector-specific competencies of engineering students. The program commenced on Saturday, March 15, and continued as an eight-week face-to-face training program on the Yıldız Campus. Designed to support students in taking a strong step toward their professional careers, the program provided participants with the opportunity to interact directly with industry professionals from REPKON throughout the training process. Through technical sessions, practical insights, and industry-oriented discussions, students developed both their technical knowledge and professional skills while gaining new perspectives on the engineering sector. Upon successfully completing the program, participants received certificates recognizing their achievement and acquired competencies.
