Sectoral Efficiency Project Supported under the TÜBİTAK 1711 Artificial Intelligence Ecosystem Call

A project led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ceyda Şen from the Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, has been selected for funding under the TÜBİTAK 1711 Artificial Intelligence Ecosystem Call. Entitled “Forecasting Raw Milk Supply Quantity and Prices in Türkiye and Business Profitability Simulation Based on the Results,” the project aims to improve decision-making processes in the dairy sector through artificial intelligence-driven forecasting and simulation models. The project seeks to predict fluctuations in raw milk production and pricing while evaluating their impacts on business profitability by utilizing advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence techniques,. The research is expected to contribute to more efficient resource management, enhanced productivity, and data-driven decision-making within the agricultural and food production sectors.
