On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, YTU Economics Club organized a meaningful “Silent Cinema” event to raise public awareness regarding individuals with hearing and speech impairments. During the activity, participants experienced communication without speaking and took a step toward better understanding the challenges faced by people with disabilities. The event provided an engaging and empathy-oriented awareness experience while encouraging participants to reflect on accessibility and inclusion.
