YTU hosted a Sleep Workshop on 1 April 2024, led by Clinical Psychologist Neslihan Tekgül. Participants learned evidence-based methods for managing stress, balancing daily routines, enhancing relaxation, and maintaining overall physical and mental well-being. The workshop emphasized practical tips for sustainable, restorative sleep habits.
