In 2024, YTU strengthened international learning mobility through the Erasmus+ Programme. During this period, 711 outgoing students participated in study and traineeship programmes abroad, while 188 incoming students studied at YTU. Additionally, 48 outgoing staff and 38 incoming staff engaged in academic and professional mobility activities.
These mobility opportunities support equitable access to international education, enhance academic and cultural competencies, and contribute to capacity-building among students and staff. They also foster intercultural understanding and reinforce YTU’s global academic partnerships. Erasmus+ mobility at YTU is supported by a stable and sustainable financial structure. The Erasmus budget was to €1,661,831 in 2023–2024, demonstrating consistent institutional efforts to supporting international mobility and ensuring equitable access to global learning opportunities.
