Within the scope of a career development program, a technical visit was organized to Turkish Technic, one of the world’s leading aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) organizations. The visit took place on March 18, 2025, at the Sabiha Gökçen International Airport campus in Istanbul.
The primary objective of the visit was to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of aviation maintenance operations and to introduce them to real-world industrial practices within a technologically advanced engineering environment. Throughout the program, students had the opportunity to learn about Turkish Technic’s corporate structure, operational workflows, quality control mechanisms, and sustainability initiatives implemented within the aviation sector.
This experience played a significant role in enhancing participants’ professional development by linking theoretical knowledge with practical applications. Furthermore, the visit contributed to raising awareness of potential career paths in aviation, engineering, and innovation-driven industries.
