On 8 May 2024,  Yıldız Technical University Mentorship Club organized a corporate visit to the headquarters of Turkish Technology. During the visit, participants explored the workspaces and corporate culture of the company, gaining insights into real-world engineering and project management practices.

As part of the program, students received a training session on Agile Project Management, a widely adopted methodology in modern tech and engineering fields. The training included practical insights into iterative development, team collaboration, and responsiveness to change. Additionally, the Maintenance and Engineering Solutions Directorate of Turkish Technology provided an in-depth presentation about their operations and innovative approaches.

This visit provided students with direct exposure to agile working environments and engineering management processes, bridging theoretical knowledge with industrial practice. It contributed to students’ professional development in line with the competencies required in the aviation and technology sectors.
