Undergraduate R&D Leadership – TÜBİTAK 2209-A & 2209-B Student Research Programs

YTU stands at the forefront of undergraduate research and innovation in Türkiye. Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 2209-B Program, YTU students ranked first among 25 universities for two consecutive years, with 89 accepted projects, while 203 additional projects were approved under the 2209-A Program. These achievements demonstrate YTU’s strong research ecosystem, empowering undergraduate students to pursue original ideas, develop problem-solving skills, and foster innovation, critical thinking, and collaboration between academia and industry.
