Yıldız Technical University actively supports work-integrated learning through its COOP (Cooperative Education) Program, which strengthens the connection between academic learning and professional experience.
As of 2024, the university has signed a total of 293 cooperation agreements with companies, including 23 new agreements established during the year. A total of 133 students were placed in partner organizations for hands-on professional training under the KOOP framework.
20 students have been confirmed as havin transitioned into full-time positions following their cooperative education.
YTU students successfully complete their internships and on-site training in leading national and international organizations, including:
- National scale: Halkbank, Arçelik, Penti, TurkNet, LC Waikiki, TÜİK, TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, EHSİM, and TOFAŞ.
- International scale: Rolls-Royce, Siemens, Ford, Huawei, and ISUZU.
