YTU’s student-led YTU Racing Team unveiled two groundbreaking Formula Student vehicles:

  • YTR09-ÖZCÜ: A fully electric car, featuring a 10-inch wheel package, a 450-volt battery, and an Emrax motor, capable of accelerating 0–100 km/h in just 2.7 seconds.
  • YTR09-KEREM: A combustion vehicle powered by a 4-cylinder CBR600RR engine with 98hp, achieving 0–100 km/h in 3.4 seconds.

These vehicles embody the passion, creativity, and engineering expertise of students, combining both sustainable electric mobility and advanced combustion technologies within the Formula Student framework. Together, they highlight how applied STEM education and hands-on learning at YTU empower students to innovate across diverse technological pathways.
