YTU conducted a comprehensive Project Management Training as part of its Wind Energy Education Program, aimed at enhancing participants’ professional competencies in the renewable energy sector. The training covered essential topics such as project planning, execution, risk assessment, budgeting, and performance evaluation specific to wind energy projects. Through case studies and interactive sessions, participants learned how to effectively manage project lifecycles—from initial feasibility studies to operational stages—ensuring efficiency, safety, and sustainability. This hands-on training equipped attendees with the practical tools and managerial skills necessary to support the development and expansion of renewable energy infrastructure worldwide.
