As part of the Environmental Festival, YTU collaborated with Reppatch to host an inspiring Advanced Denim Upcycling Workshop. In this creative and hands-on session, participants explored innovative ways to transform old denim garments into new, stylish, and functional products such as bags, accessories, and home décor items. The workshop highlighted the principles of circular fashion, emphasizing waste reduction, material reuse, and sustainable design. Attendees not only gained valuable sewing and design skills but also learned how upcycling contributes to minimizing the environmental impact of the fashion industry and extending the lifecycle of textile materials.
