The Yıldız Chamber Orchestra, established within the YTU Faculty of Art and Design Music Department, gave its inaugural concert at Davutpaşa Congress and Culture Centre, meeting art lovers. Founded under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ece Merve Yüceer Nishida and Instructor Pia Düzgit, the orchestra attracted great admiration with its 21-member ensemble and 14 student soloists performing. This special evening, at which Rector Prof. Dr. Eyüp Debik also participated and shared the students' excitement, aims to provide young musicians with stage experience and to encourage artistic production at the university. 4, 11, 8
