On 22 March 2024, Yıldız Technical University Economics Club organized “Stars of the Economy”, one of the largest-scale events in the university’s history in the fields of economy and finance. Moderated by Cansu Özen (Corporate Communications Specialist, ALB Yatırım), the program hosted distinguished speakers including Prof. Dr. Erhan Aslanoğlu (Vice Rector, Topkapı University), Murat Sağman (Economist, Board Member of FODER), Prof. Dr. Emre Alkin (Rector, Topkapı University), Vahap Taştan (Investment Strategist and Consultant at Yatırım Finansman), and Ahmet Deniz Yağbasan (Research Analyst, ALB Yatırım).
The event created a platform for students to engage with leading professionals, gain insights into the Turkish economy, and explore career paths in finance and economics.
