YTU has restored a historic building on campus and transformed it into a fully equipped university guesthouse, strengthening its commitment to cultural heritage preservation and sustainable campus infrastructure. The facility supports academic collaboration by hosting visiting scholars, researchers, and international partners in a comfortable and accessible environment.
The YTU Guesthouse offers a total of 26 rooms, including:
- 21 single rooms (1-person capacity)
- 3 family rooms (3-person capacity each)
- 2 accessible rooms designed for guests with disabilities (1-person capacity)
The restoration process preserved the architectural character of the historical structure while upgrading it with modern, energy-efficient, and accessible features. By enhancing campus hospitality services, the guesthouse contributes to inclusive mobility, international cooperation, and sustainable infrastructure development.
