The YTU AESK signed a major achievement at the Robotaxi–Passenger Autonomous Vehicle Competition held at Bilişim Vadisi within TEKNOFEST 2025, completing the finals at the top in both the Original Vehicle and Ready Vehicle categories with autonomous vehicle Orion. Throughout the three-day challenging competition, Orion, flawlessly carrying out critical autonomous missions including traffic sign recognition, dynamic obstacle avoidance, passenger drop-off and pick-up, and precision parking, reflected the club's engineering competency in hardware and software.
