TU) Academic Cooperation Memorandum: Dual Degree and Joint Research The academic cooperation memorandum signed between Yıldız Technical University and Azerbaijan Technical University represents a strategic step towards strengthening scientific bridges between the two countries. In a visit also accompanied by the Education Counsellor at Azerbaijan's Embassy in Turkey, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Necibe Nesibova, the delegation led by YTU Rector Prof. Dr. Eyüp Debik met with AzTU Rector Prof. Dr. Vilayet Veliyev. Dual degree programmes at the graduate level, joint educational activities, and research-oriented projects were discussed in detail, and a memorandum of understanding signed at the conclusion of the visit formalised these collaborations. The delegation also examined AzTU's campus infrastructure and scientific work on-site, emphasising their determination to advance Turkey-Azerbaijan academic ties further.
