YTU Children and Education Club Organizes Storytelling Training Program

The YTU Children and Education Club organized a five-week-long Storytelling Training program, held every Tuesday between 15:00 and 16:30 at the Faculty of Education.

This training focused on improving participants’ narrative skills, with sessions covering the cognitive and emotional impact of storytelling on children, techniques for delivering stories without memorization, the use of motifs and rhymes, and how stories are perceived by children.

Participants gained hands-on experience in creative communication and developed a deeper understanding of how storytelling can be used as an educational tool. The sessions were designed to foster both self-expression and pedagogical competence in future educators.
