The 13th edition of “Denizin Yıldızları” was organized on 6–7 November 2024 by YTU GEMDEK, bringing together leading companies in the maritime and shipbuilding industries such as Arkas, Beşiktaş, DFDS, and Columbia Shipmanagement. The two-day program featured keynote speeches, company presentations, and networking opportunities, enabling students to directly engage with industry leaders and explore career pathways in shipping, logistics, and maritime engineering. By fostering university–industry collaboration, enhancing employability skills, and promoting sustainable practices in the maritime sector, the event made a significant contribution to advancing both academic and professional development.
