YTU IEEE Computer Society Committee organized an intensive training program titled “Python and Data Science from Scratch” between 3–26 September 2024. Delivered by industry expert Mehmet Fatih Önkol (Data Scientist), the program introduced participants to Python programming and fundamental concepts in data science, equipping them with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Conducted online via the IEEE YouTube channel, the training provided accessible learning opportunities for a wide range of students. Participants who attended four or more sessions received certificates, further enhancing their academic and professional credentials.
This initiative strengthened digital literacy, advanced technical competencies, and supported employability in one of the most in-demand fields of the digital economy.
