Dr. Gökhan Göksu from the Department of Mathematical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University leads a bilateral research project titled “Characterizations of Input-to-State Stability Related Properties for Time-Delay Systems” under the TÜBİTAK 2509–France Ministry of Foreign Affairs Cooperation Program.
The project aims to investigate the integral input-to-state stability (iISS) and the strong iISS Lyapunov–Krasovskii conditions for time-delay systems, bringing together Turkish and French research teams.
Beyond its scientific outcomes, this collaboration contributes to the advancement of control theory, strengthens international academic partnerships, and enhances the training of undergraduate and postgraduate researchers.
