The Interaction & Development Camp is Turkey's first large-scale company–student club interaction event. Now in its 16th edition, the camp brings together leading companies and student clubs from across the country in a dynamic three-day program aimed at enhancing communication, collaboration, and professional development.
The Quality and Efficiency Club of Yıldız Technical University actively participated in the 2024 edition of the camp. The program offered participants the opportunity to engage in workshops, networking activities, and company presentations, promoting mutual understanding between student communities and the corporate sector.
Through this initiative, students gained exposure to real-world organizational structures and recruitment dynamics, while companies had the chance to interact with motivated and talented young professionals.
